It was absolutely freezing in italy the weekend I went (just before the freak ice age hit) so most of these scraps are hurriedly scribbled from the relative warmth of a fiat panda. As much as I would have liked to wander about in the streets drawing/watercolouring properly, the temperature/lack of time meant I just snapped thousands of photos to draw from later instead. Next I should really sort through the mountains of photos I took and post them but that will take a bit longer to wade through and digest. Hmm.. maybe next week. when the dissertation panic attacks subside.
